Adenike Olufunmilayo Anyang is a passionate agribusiness leader and development professional with over 20 years of experience in agriculture, business management, and inclusive economic development. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ag-Ploutos Company Uganda, where she leads the efforts to strengthen food supply chains, improve farmers’ livelihoods, and expand access to markets, finance, and Ag Biotech's climate-smart technologies for smallholder and commercial farmers. Before launching Ag-Ploutos, Adenike founded Nikky Africana Foods in 2005, a successful West African food processing company that worked with over 1,600 farmers across Uganda, South Sudan, Kenya, and Rwanda. Her entrepreneurial journey reflects a deep commitment to building resilient agricultural value chains and empowering women and youth through agribusiness.
