Graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Agriculture and a major in Agronomy, Bob spent over 20 years in the horticulture and landscape industries before founding Ag BioTech in 1992 to serve the agriculture industry. He was inspired to start the company after witnessing the profound effects of biostimulants on plant growth and yield. Ag BioTech represented various biostimulant manufacturers until 2014, when the company formulated its own flagship biostimulant product. After more than five years of R&D, Bio Shot was launched in 2020.
